  • Hana Součková
    Managing Director at SAP Česká republika | CZ
    Hana Součková is the Managing Director of SAP Czech Republic and an Executive Director of SAP Ariba and SAP Concur. She has been with SAP for ten years, six of which she has served as Managing Director. In April 2023, she became a member of the Board of Directors of the Czech-German Chamber of Commerce. She actively engages in initiatives supporting women and social enterprises, such as Czechitas, Social Impact Awards, Holky z marketingu, and Femme Palette. In her free time, she enjoys sports, creating fun activities with her two children, and going on mountain trips regardless of the season.

    CEO Yungo | CZ
    Wilfred de Wildt is CEO of Yungo, an international engineering company supporting telecom and energy operators across Europe and USA. A Dutch executive based in Prague, he has worked in the Netherlands, Denmark, and the Czech Republic, including leadership roles at KPN and Allinq. Throughout his career, he has led multicultural teams and experienced firsthand how diversity drives innovation, collaboration, and business success. Today, he combines executive leadership with a strong interest in the future of DEI in an age increasingly shaped by AI and automation.
  • Milica Abella 
    Director of Smoke-Free Products at Philip Morris International | CZ
    Milica Abella has served as Director of Smoke-Free Products at Philip Morris Czech Republic since August 2025, building on a distinguished international career with Philip Morris International, where she has held a range of leadership roles since 2012. She studied Politics and Eastern European Studies at University College London, later specializing in International Politics.Before joining Philip Morris International, she began her professional career at the National Bank of Serbia and a London-based hedge fund. Throughout her career, she has worked across Serbia, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, South Africa, and Japan, gaining extensive experience in business development, brand management, and customer experience. Drawing on this international expertise, she now leads the smoke-free products portfolio in the Czech Republic, driving its strategic development and marketing.
  • Jan Chmelík
    Head of Organization Development & Global HR Management at Škoda Auto | CZ
    Jan Chmelík leads Organization Development and Global HR Management at Škoda Auto, where he is responsible for key areas of the company’s people and organizational strategy, including the whole operative HR – from Recruitment, through Talent programs and employer branding, up to Business Partnering and People Consulting center, including International Assignments and HR support for Škoda daughter companies worldwide.
    His department plays a key role in helping the company navigate one of the most significant transformations in its history, driven by the shift towards electromobility and new ways of working.
    Before joining Škoda Auto in 2019, he worked for EY, advising organizations on Tax and HR-related topics. Throughout his career, he has focused on leadership, organizational culture, talent development, and building workplaces where people can thrive. He believes that successful organizations are built on respect, collaboration, and the ability to embrace diverse perspectives.
  • Heidi Rottbøll Andersen
    Founder, Executive Coach at Living Institute | Denmark
    Heidi Andersen is the Founder of Living Institute and one of Europe's leading voices on leadership, organizational culture, and human performance. She is the author of Diversity Intelligence: How to Create a Culture of Inclusion and has spent more than two decades advising executive teams in global organizations including Siemens, Alfa Laval, ENGIE, LEGO, Carlsberg, L’Oréal and Deloitte. Her work is centered on one challenge: helping executive teams achieve true synchronization—thinking, deciding, and leading as one, especially when complexity and uncertainty are at their highest.
  • Stephen Jonathan Ridgway
    Creative arts and international business at Stephen Jonathan Ridgway | CZ
    Stephen Ridgway is a creative arts and international business professional based in Prague. Originally from the UK, he has made the Czech Republic his home and spent the last ten years working in senior positions at various public and private sector organisations. He welcomes the opportunity to be involved in DEI initiatives and recently worked with the Nordic Chamber of Commerce on their Diversity Awards. His professional interests include public speaking, musical composition and performance, and teaching.
  • Michaela Raiserová

    Míša je ředitelka Talent Managementu ve společnosti Emplifi. Má bohaté zkušenosti s vedením interní komunikace, řízením zaměstnanecké zkušenosti a angažovanosti a rozvojem talentů. Pracovala ve startupech i mezinárodních firmách (Johnson & Johnson, Avast), školila pro značky jako LEGO, Česká spořitelna, Člověk v Tísni, Microsoft a mnoho dalších.
    Je certifikovanou trenérkou aplikované improvizace a velkou propagátorkou využívání principů improvizace, které pomáhají budovat vysoce výkonné týmy, řídit změny a podporovat skvělou firemní kulturu.
    Je mentorkou v programech „DoToho“ a „Den Pro Školu“. Miša je vášnivou zastánkyní DEI a boje proti ageismu. Aktivně se věnuje tématu age managementu a pomáhá firmám budovat prostředí, kde věk není problém, ale příležitost.
  • Jens Rottbøll
    Partner and Chief Consultant at Living Institute | Denmark
    Jens Rottbøll is a visionary leader with extensive experience in culture, strategy, and global business. He is the founder of the VEGA concert venue in Copenhagen and former Director of Human Resources at Bang & Olufsen, where he led the development and implementation of the company’s values and mission. He is a graduate of INSEAD and Wharton Business School in leadership, an MBA facilitator in strategy and values, a certified strategy execution expert, and a coach. As one of only sixteen certified LEGO® Serious Play® trainers of facilitators worldwide, he uses this methodology to support creative problem-solving, strategic discussions, and team alignment.
    At Living Institute, he leads international programs focused on strategy, culture, diversity intelligence, gender balance, and organizational transformation. He helps leaders build trust, collaboration, and inclusive environments. He has worked with global companies such as Walmart, Siemens, LEGO, Novo Nordisk, BASF, Maersk, and Bang & Olufsen. His mission is to help organizations create environments where people and teams can fully develop their potential.
  • Eva Lebedová
    Senior Manager for Transactional Compliance, Supplier Due Diligence & Sustainability at SAP | CZ
    Eva started her career in HR, made a detour through NGOs, and somewhere along the way became the kind of leader who is genuinely trying to make work better for the people around her.
    With 14+ years in project management and a background in psychology, she has spent her career building connections - between people, teams, and organizations. At SAP Ariba, she led a team of consultants helping customers bring their trading partners onto the SAP Business Network, and later served as Country Manager for SAP Ariba Czech, championing inclusion, wellbeing, and collaboration. Now she is channeling that same drive into the GFS organization. A certified coach, PMP®, and firm believer that kindness and high performance are not opposites. When she is not bridging gaps at work, she is running, climbing, skiing, or exploring the world with her family.

    Jenny Pidgeon is VP Sustainability & CSR at Eurowag, a leading European mobility and payments platform for the commercial road transport industry, where she leads the company's sustainability strategy, helping drive the transformation of commercial road transport towards a cleaner, fairer and more resilient future for customers, communities and the business. Over more than 20 years in international leadership roles, she has worked across the UK, Sweden and Central Europe, giving her first-hand experience of how workplace cultures and approaches to diversity, equity and inclusion can differ across countries and organisations.
    Throughout her career, Jenny has championed environments where people can contribute, grow and feel they belong. She believes that meaningful inclusion - much like wider sustainability - is built through everyday leadership, honest conversations and the courage to challenge assumptions, rather than through policies alone.
    At the DEI Forum, Jenny will share her personal story and the lessons she has learned from working in the UK and Sweden where DEI has been a focus for several years already.

    Kim Najman působí jako marketingová manažerka ve společnosti Yungo a má více než deset let zkušeností z oblasti luxusního hotelnictví, soukromého letectví, technologických startupů a strojírenství. Vyrůstala na International School of Prague a později žila a pracovala ve Švýcarsku, Velké Británii a Malajsii, díky čemuž strávila svůj život v rozmanitém a mezinárodním prostředí.
    Tyto zkušenosti utvářely její přesvědčení, že nejsilnější nápady a nejinovativnější týmy vznikají díky otevřenosti vůči různým perspektivám a vytváření prostředí, ve kterém má každý možnost přispět svými zkušenostmi a nápady.
  • Lukáš Hosnedl
    Accessibility Consultant and Translator
    Born blind, Lukáš relies on screen readers every day to be able to use modern technology. Out of this necessity, his curiosity to learn the intricacies of assistive technology and accessibility standards was born. Since 2017, he has been working as an accessibility consultant in the Théseus project of the Teiresias Center at Masaryk University. Teiresias provides support to students with disabilities since 2000. In his work, Lukáš mentors web and mobile developers how to make their products more accessible, so people with disabilities can use them just like the others. He also translates accessibility-related articles into Czech, localizes accessible computer games and apps that enhance accessibility for people with disabilities, provides simultaneous interpreting at accessibility events, tutors end users with disabilities on using assistive technology, and more. In his spare time, he enjoys music, including playing the guitar and drums, reading and creative writing, working with audio, gaming, and developing his own audiogames.
  • Daniel Čech
    Moderator EN, CZ | CZ
    Daniel Čech grew up between Prague and The Hague in the Netherlands, where he spent nearly ten years. During his time there, he became fluent in English and gained a working knowledge of Dutch, German, and Russian.
    After graduating from the Secondary Technical School of Transport (specializing in Freight Forwarding), he studied Business Economics and Management at the Prague University of Economics and Business (VŠE) for four years. In 2002, he left his studies to pursue alternative acting at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague (DAMU). In 2005, he appeared in the film Last Holiday, starring Gerard Depardieu and Queen Latifah, which was filmed in Karlovy Vary. Since 2006, he has worked in stand-up comedy, appearing on HBO's Na stojáka, for which he created more than 40 performances. That same summer, he spent several months performing with the De-ba-jeh-mu-jig Theatre, an Indigenous theatre company in Canada.
    He successfully completed his studies at DAMU in 2007, earning a Master's degree in Fine Arts (MgA.). From 2007 to 2009, he worked as a presenter for the NaEx TV project. In June 2008, he hosted his first live television broadcast, the Czech Television programme Do zdi live!. In 2009, he co-created and performed in the 13-episode sketch comedy series Koko TV, which he developed together with his fellow Na stojáka comedians for TV Barrandov. Since 1997, he has appeared in more than 25 television and commercial advertisements.
