with KLEPIERRE strategy is called “GROW PEOPLE” and includes ambitious goals in DE&I. That’s why we need to have a strong partner and inspiring environment in the field of DE&I provided
by OPIM and D&I SHAPERS.
Through the D&I Shapers network I’m particularly looking forward to understanding more about diversity and inclusion in the Czech Republic and how companies are changing the dynamic in their organisations, not only in the country but beyond. By joining
D&I Shapers I have the opportunity to learn more and share best practice with other HR and D&I professionals.
I am honored to be with D&I Shapers since its beginning, being the founding member an board member. For years, I have experienced that the companies which embrace diversity, equity and inclusion in all aspects of their business outperform others. And they create working environments which are full of aspiration and inspiration. I am proud of working at FNZ where all this truly matters. Being together with others in D&I Shapers help to contribute to these topics in the community and society where we live.

Diversity is also current topic in the field of law. It is a question of how much the law is able to change society and how much the law itself influences how people approach diversity. However, I am sure that by getting involved in D&I Shapers we can together raise important
issues related to law, diversity and inclusion.
